When you send the estimate form we receive your name, phone number, the property address and any details you type in. When you phone us, the call system records the calling number and the time of the call.
Why we collect it
To get back to you, arrange a site visit, prepare your estimate and keep the records any contractor keeps for a job. Your details are never sold, rented or traded.
Who else sees it
Only the crew handling your estimate or job, and the service providers that host this website, deliver form messages and route our phone calls, acting on our behalf.
Recorded calls
Calls may be recorded so we can check details and train staff. You'll hear a short notice at the start of any recorded call.
Logs and cookies
Like most websites, the server keeps basic logs such as IP address, browser and pages viewed, to keep the site secure and working.
